A Pet Friendly Community

We're Pet lovers, just like you.

The Villas of Emerald Woods are pet friendly apartments and townhomes and a family friendly community.

We allow up to two pets per townhome in select buildings with breed and other restrictions. Small pets are limited to 25 lbs at full maturity and large dogs are approved on a pet-by-pet basis with restrictions on breed and size.

There is a $400 one-time pet fee for each pet, and $20/month pet rent for one pet, or $30/month pet rent for two pets. You must present shot records for each pet before move in for the safety of everyone's family and pets.

You and your pets will enjoy taking a walk around the property on our approximately 1/2 mile of sidewalk around the gated part of the community.

Some dog breeds are restricted, so please be sure to check with the property manager for approval before moving in.
